The Cleveland Cavaliers will close out their home stand tonight against the rising Utah Jazz (4-2). Tipoff at 7 p.m. Eastern on FoxSportsOhio.
The Cavs are looking to extend their six game-winning streak.
Per Cavs.com, Cleveland (6-1) a perfect 4-0 at The Q this season and hold a 24-1 mark at home since Jan. 19 of last season. Over that 25-game stretch at The Q, the Cavaliers are outscoring opponents by 12.0 points per game (105.0-93.0).
The Cavaliers picked up their 6th straight win after a 101-97 victory over Indiana on Sunday. In the win, the Cavs had 25 assists to 10 turnovers, while also holding the edge in rebounds (48-47), points in the paint (48-36) and fast break points (13-9). Cleveland has had more assists and rebounds than the opponent in all seven games so far. Their assists mark (26.1 apg) ranks 3rd in the NBA. (via Cavs.com)
When scoring 100 points, Cleveland is 5-0 this season. They have also won 33 of the last 34 regular season games when topping the century mark, which includes a perfect 26-0 record at The Q (via Cavs.com).
Tuesday’s matchup will be the first of two regular season meetings between the Cavs and Jazz with Cleveland traveling to Salt Lake City on March 14th.
