Charge fall short to OKC Blue 107-104

The Canton Charge, coming off two straight wins were looking to continue their win streak and extend it to three games, but, they fell just short to the Oklahoma City Blue and lose 107-104. The Charge move to 2-5 on the season while the Oklahoma City Blue move to 6-2 on the season.

There were 16 lead changes and 12 times the game had been tied.

The Charge shot 42% from the field. Early in the first quarter, they started 2-7 from the field. The Charge shot 43.8% from three and 78.6% from the free throw line. The Charge had 11 turnovers.

The OKC Blue shot 46.3% from the field, 30.4% from three and 83.9% from the free throw line. The Blue also had 13 turnovers.

The Blue’s impact player of the game was Alex Caruso who had 22 points (7/12 from the field, 1/3 from 3P, 7-8 from the FT), 8 rebounds, 5 assists and 3 steals.

The Charge’s impact player was Christopher Evans who had 21 points (7/15 from the field, 3/8 from 3P, 4/4 FT), 5 rebounds, 5 assists and 1 steal.
