The Cleveland Cavaliers were quite busy during the trade deadline this past Thursday wheeling and dealing. When the dust settled Cleveland ended up with four new players and a renewed sense of optimism.

- Larry Nance Jr, Jordan Clarkson and Rodney Hood are all 25-years-olds and they are hungry for the chance to prove themselves on a contending team. None of these young players have egos or will hurt the locker room in any way.
- The fourth player the Cavaliers acquired was 31-year-old George Hill. What the Cavaliers get with Hill is a no-nonsense type player who will do what it takes to win. While he only averages 3.3 assists, he will always make the right play.
- The Cavaliers were right to break up the team and not force this situation to work. This is a fresh start for Cleveland, as we saw from their 123-107 win last night in Atlanta.
- Cleveland now looks to be the favorites over Boston to win the Eastern Conference and that is obvious by the way Boston media personnel are acting.
