If the Cavs win tonight, they will advance to the second round and face the winner between the Toronto Raptors and Washington Wizards.
It will be interesting to see how the Cavs come out tonight given the chance to close it out. Expect to see an aggressive Cavs team on both fronts tonight.
If both the Raptors and Cavs win tonight, game one of the second round will begin this Sunday in Toronto.
It is not known if George Hill will play tonight. If he doesn’t play tonight, expect Jose Calderon to start and play, as the Cavs are 25-9 when he is the Cavs starting point guard.
